We get into everything - your symptoms, your health history, your lifestyle, your challenges, and your goals. This isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s your story, your plan, your next steps.
After the session, I’ll create a clear, personalised action plan covering:

Together, we’ll agree on a timeframe for Phase 1 — whether that’s 2 weeks or a month — so you have focus and accountability.

We review your progress — what’s working, what’s not, and why. We celebrate the wins, tweak what needs changing, and reset your roadmap so you leave with clarity and confidence for your next chapter.

After that? You can go it alone with confidence and clarity, or choose to continue with a longer programme. It’s totally up to you.
